1) Presentation

Stainless Steel Cut Wire Shot adopt the drawing,cutting,grinding into roundness and other processes to make the surface bright,no rust,round dew form.it is extensively applied to the surface shot blasting treatment of workpieces,such as Cu,Al,Zn and stainless steel etc.it can make the surface of workpiece finishing after processed,extend metal substance glabrous, rustless and metallic luster, it neednt acid washing. Due to the inherent solidity of each particle, Stainless Steel Cut Wire has up to three-five times greater durability and life than that of cast steel shot. Meantime it can reduce the produce cost.

2) Typical applications include:

  a) Shot peening of workpieces of aerospace or automotive.

  b) Surface treatment of stainless steel and non-ferrous spareparts.

  c) Removal of the residual of forgings or die-castings.

  d) Deburring and polishing of Al die-castings.
