cast steel part:

1)We adopt furan resin sand molding process, EAF + LF refining furnace to make steel,

blasting shot surface preparation, 8000*4000*2500 gas heat treatment furnace, 4-meter car lathes, milling machines etc. and use Direct-Reader Spectroscopy, Material Impact Testing Machines Large Metallographic Microscope and Magnetic Inspection and Ultrasonic Inspection etc high-end equipments.

2)The companys annual production capacity will reach 20,000 tons, and single-item weight achieves 60 tons, which will allow the user to provide more high-quality marine accessories.

3)Our products have been proved by ABS ,LR ,DNV.CCS. and have passed ISO9001:2000.
